The heart and strength of our organization is the sum of the contributions of approximately 2,700 people who work together toward our common mission of caring:
To support and promote our communities and the long term care profession by assisting our homes and programs to provide essential services in an environment that nurtures |
personal relationships, encourages individual choices and values the unique contributions of each care giver and recipient.
In determining the flow of these contributions, I envisioned an area of operations, so appropriate for our profession, which has and will continue to persevere against all odds. We have to because the job that we do is so important.
Our direct caregiver teams are our first line of strength, they truly fight the challenges, day and night, serving and protecting all they care for and without whom we surely could not move forward.
Beneath this layer lies our team of numerous consultants, advisors, and support staff to render aide and expertise to each and all levels, to develop strategies and monitor progress. Thus the wheel symbolizes our team and family, with its continuous ability to provide and receive support at all levels.
