ABCM Corporation makes a strong commitment to the provision of quality care in all our facilities. In order to help us meet this commitment, we receive a great deal of support from the Quality Assurance Division.
If at any time you feel that we are not meeting your expectations for quality care, we invite you to discuss these issues with us. If you have first made an attempt with the management staff within an ABCM facility and do not feel that you have received satisfaction, we offer an additional opportunity to discuss unresolved concerns by calling a toll free number. The corporate "HOTLINE" is staffed from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. At other times, you may leave a message and receive a call back.
