Corporate Compliance

We are pleased to announce that ABCM Corporation is offering a new service to our residents, families and responsible parties.
ABCM Corporation makes a very strong commitment to the provision of quality care in all our facilities. In order to help us meet this commitment, we receive a great deal of support from the corporate Quality Assurance Division. If at any time you feel we are not meeting your expectations for quality care, we invite you to discuss these issues with us. If you have made such an attempt and do not feel that you have received satisfaction, we are offering an additional opportunity to discuss your unresolved concerns.
We are offering you the opportunity to call a toll free number to discuss your concerns with our corporate quality assurance and/or compliance personnel. The corporate “Hotline” is staffed with a live operatior from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. At other times, you may leave a message and receive a call back.
You are not obligated to give your name or other identifying information when you make a call, but you will need to identify the facility you have concerns with.
The toll-free number for the ABCM Hotline is 1-877-889-7850.
