Update E-mail Address Book CSV PDF Print E-mail

For Outlook 2000 or Outlook Express follow the instructions below to import the most current E-mail address book.

For Ease of use Please Print these instructions!!
If there are ANY problems with Importing the e-mail address book Please Contact the Help Desk at 1-877-495-6219 or 641-226-6101 for assistance..


To download the newest e-mail address book:

  • Right Click on the file name: ContactImport.csv
  • Click "Save Target As"
  • Click the Desktop Icon on the left of the window
  • Ensure that "All Files" is selected in the Save as type: field at the bottom of the window
  • Ensure that the File name: window reads ContatImport.csv
  • Click Save
  • If the Download Complete Window pops up Close the window. DO NOT CLICK OPEN
To Import the newest e-mail address book:
  • Open Outlook 2000 or Outlook Express
  • Click File to open the File Menu
  • Click Import
  • Select Other Address Book...
  • Select Text File (Coma Seperated Values)
  • Click the Import button
  • Click the Browse button
  • Click the Desktop Icon to the Left of the window
  • Select the ContactImport file
  • Click Open
  • Click Next
  • To Map the Custom Fields
    • Double Click on the field EXAMPLE "First Name"
    • Click the Down arrow next to the blank field
    • Click on "First Name"
    • Ensure that the checkbox "Import this field" is checked
    • Click OK
    • Repeat this for any fields that are necessary
    • The required fields are: First Name, Last Name, E-mail address, Business Phone, Mobile Phone, Business Fax, Job Title, Company, Business Street, Business City, Business State, Business Postal Code
  • Click the Finish button
  • If the Confirm Replace window appears: Click the "Yes To All" button
    (This will replace any instances of a wrong e-mail address)
  • Upon Completion of sucessfully importing the address book
  • Return to your desktop
  • Delete the ContactImport.csv file

You're Done
