Our Corporate Wheel

The heart and strength of our Organization is the sum of the contributions of the 2,660 people who team together toward our common Mission of caring for our residents, our families and our communities

In determining the flow of these contributions, I envisioned an arena of operations-so appropriate for our profession, which has and will continue to persevere against all odds. Whe have to because the job that we do is so important.

To fortify our arena of operations, all sides need to protect from encroachment the center command, the heart, our home center. Our Front Line caregiver team is our first line of strength. Over 1500 strong, they truly fight the battles, day and night, serving and protecting all that we are about, and without whom we surely could not move forward.

Beneath this protective layer lies our team of consultants, advisors, and support staff to render aide and expertise to each and all levels, to develop strategies and monitor progress.

Thus, the wheel symbolizes our team and family, with its line of offense, defense and its continuous abiltiy to provide and receive support at all levels.
