- Q:May I bring my own furnishings?
- A:Yes. All apartments are unfurnished, except for kitchen appliances and window coverings.
- Q:What about property insurance?
- A:The Maple Manor Village building is fully insured. Personal belongings, however, are not. Tenants are urged to carry their own renters insurance.
- Q:How do you determine a tenants need for services?
- A:Prior to occupancy, there will be an activities of Daily Living Functional Assessment. Based on this assessment, a Service Plan Agreement is developed and utilized.
- Q:How long can I live at Maple Manor Village Apartments, if my needs increase?
- A:Nurse re-assessments are conducted annually and as needed. Based on these assessments and the service plan agreement, tenants are able to live at Maple Manor Village Apartments as long as their needs do not exceed State Assisted Living Program rules and regulations.
- Q:Is there any financial assistance available?
- A:Maple Manor Village Apartments program of care is acceptable to private pay, long-term care assisted living insurance plans, and to the Elderly Waiver, State of Iowa program.
