Our nursing department is staffed 24-hours a day.
Medical care is directed by your family physican and is delivered by Registered and licensed Practical Nurses, assisted by Certified Nurse Aides.

Our enthusuastic activities staff and community volunteers provide full range of group and individual programs for your enjoyment. Some of our activities include: Exercise Class, Crafts,Bingo, Movies and Popcorn,pet visits, Church Services,and Outdoor Activities. Our residents enjoy our bus that takes them out to supper, on tours of the Amish Community,picnics in the park shopping and to other events within the community.

Grandview therapy Center is a community outpatient rehabilitation clinic located on the East sie of Grandview Healthcare Center.
Our professional therapy team works with you and your physician to meet your health care needs,right here in the comfort and accessibility of your own community.
We provide a full line of modern rehabilitation equipment to help with your recovery.

Specializes in pain management and improving the patient's strength, balance, endurance and joint flexability to achieve optimal levels of function.

Specilizes in assisting an individual to regain upper body strength,coordination, hand function,visual/perceptual coordination and to untimately integrate all physical and mental skills to improve functional performance.

Works with patients who have communication and swallowing impairments. Speech Therapy's goal is to maximize patient's skills with verbal expression, comprehension, speech, swollowing and cognitive function.
