Using the 'Print Screen' function, or performing a 'Screen Capture', can be useful in a few situations.
One example of using the print screen function could be when you are sending a listing of Invoices Pending Approval from ABCM net for your facility.

Another example could be if you are experiencing a computer related problem and wish to clarify what exactly you are seeing on your screen when communicating with the ABCM IT Department.
In either case you can perform a screen capture by pressing the Print Screen key on your keyboard.


This key may not be located in the same place on a laptop keyboard or a keyboard that is not the standard layout. A laptop keyboard may even require you to use more than one key to perform a screen capture.
