Life at the Rehabilitation Center of Hampton
Quality of life for the elderly, especially the ones who come to the Rehabilitation Center of Hampton, is very important to our staff. We believe that quality of life for residents is not only meeting all their physical needs but meeting their spiritual and social needs as well. Our staff takes pride in providing the best care they can for all residents. The majority of our staff is from the local community so residents are cared for by people they know and trust.
We have an excellent rehabilitation program, nearly 64% of our new admissions rehabilitate back to their own home.

The ABCM Founder Wanted Better Living Conditions for the Elderly In Iowa
In 1963, George M. Manoylovish, decided to improve the service of long term care so he opened the Hampton Care Center, which today is known as Rehabilitation Center of Hampton (RCH). Many of the features of the original 50 bed facility were incorporated into the minimum building standards required by the Federal Housing Administration and Iowa Department of Health Construction Regulations. Throughout the years, many additions were added, creating a rehabilitation wing, Alzheimer's unit, two therapy rooms, and whirlpool spa rooms.
What's New
The Rehabilitation Center of Hampton has been undergoing many physical changes. We are making changes to better meet the needs of our residents, our families, and our employees. Please stop by and see our changes.
