Our 60 bed facility has received a deficiency free Health Survey from the Department of Inspections and Appeals in 1997, 1998, 1999, 2003, 2007, 2009, and 2010. We were nominated for the Governor's Award for Quality care in 2010 and received the Governor's Award for Quality Care in 2009.
Our staff takes pride in providing the best care they can for all residents. The majority of our staff is from the local community so residents are taken care of by people they know and trust.
We have an excellent rehabilitation program, nearly 68% of our new admissions rehabilitate back to their own home.
