At Nora Springs Care Center we offer a variety of services to assist residents in making their stay enjoyable and to meet their needs. We offer short-term and long-term stays. We also offer amenities that residents would like such as whirlpool baths, ice cream, and a beauty salon. Amenities that remind you of home.

Nora Springs Care Center is Medicare and Medicaid certified. We offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, along with IV antibiotic therapy and wound cares. We are proud to have therapists to offer skilled services. If you are in need of a short-term stay, we offer private rehab suites. These suites come fully furnished and include a TV, lift chair, and phone and cable hook-up. Each suite has a private bathroom. Individuals are encouraged to bring in their own possessions from home.
We strive for resident satisfaction at the Nora Springs Care Center. It is our goal to meet our resident's needs and allow them to make choices in what they do on a daily basis. Most of our residents return home after just a few weeks of therapy. Length of therapy depends on your medical condition and your progress with therapy at the care center. This will also determine how long Medicare will pay for your skilled stay. Your doctor will help to determine how long you will require rehab services. Should you require a long-term stay, we do offer private and semi-private rooms. If you and your spouse would like to share a room, we can accommodate based on availability.
The Nora Springs Care Center is working towards "Person-Directed Care" certification. This includes having consistent staffing, which allows for staff to become familiar with each residents needs and desires. This also allows for staff members to understand each resident's medical condition(s). Each hallway at the Nora Springs Care Center is called a neighborhood; these include Caring Way, Pleasant Valley, Happy Trails, and Compassion Road. Each neighborhood holds its own activities.
