Hallmark Care Center is tucked away at the intersections of Highway 30 and Highway 1 in Mt. Vernon, IA. The homelike and friendly atmosphere offers a variety of services to serve the needs of our residents and their families. You will enjoy the restaurant style meals in our spacious dining area by our personal chef. Experienced staff members offer outstanding care to our residents.
