Grandview Healthcare Center opened 10/19/1964 as an 83 bed home. The 10 bed Chronic Confusion Dementia Illness (CCDI) unit was added in June of 1990, raising the number of beds available to 93. In 1997, Grandview became a Medicare/Medicaid recognized home. In 2001, Grandview started a ventilator program. Our average number of employees is 120.

Grandview Care Center provides a person directed care committee, resident advisory committee, and staff advisory committee. There is also a resident advocacy committee made of community members. All of these committees are attempts to listen to the needs of our residents and their familys'.
