Welcome to Colonial Manor |

A group of citizens founded Colonial Manor of Elma in 1978 to serve the long term care needs of the community's elderly. Colonial Manor became a part of ABCM Corporation in October of 1997. Currently, Colonial Manor's Care Center is licensed for 57 beds and is dually certified for Medicare and Medicaid. Colonial Manor is located on the Southwest side of Elma, a community of about 600 people.

Colonial Manor Helps Seniors Stay at Home Longer
An Outpatient Therapy Center was added in 2008 to better serve the needs of the area's communities. The Elma Outpatient Therapy Center is located in Afton Oaks Independent & Assisted Living, and the therapists who partner with us serve not only outpatient therapies to the community but also in-patient therapies to the Care Center's residents.

What's New
Healthy Living Home Care in Elma started operations in the fall of 2010 to meet the "non-medical" needs of individuals who wish to remain in their homes. Healthy Living Home Care is an enhanced service of the Care Center and is housed in Afton Oaks.
